About You & Your Position
Arbuckle Media is seeking to recruit a partner, who will operate as an International Sales Director knows how to create opportunities in new and emerging markets, even with little-to-no books of business in the region.
This role will be responsible for driving sales through identifying and following up on qualified leads. This includes responding to inquiries and needs with appropriate attitude and knowledge; developing relationships with partners to support revenue growth; liaising with accounting and operations to constantly improve processes. The ideal candidate for this role is a hunter, has an unwavering perseverance and wants to win. This role will report directly to the President.
This role will be ideal for an individual who is proactive, self-motivated and enjoys developing relationships.
Responsibilities

Grow revenue through identifying and qualifying appropriate leads with a focus on International clients;

Drive sales through client care and service knowledge;

Identify ways to personalize the experience for every client wherever possible;

Ensure our partners achieve excellent results by ensuring all needs are met and service knowledge is delivered;

Ensure all in-house procedures and processes are followed;

Work closely with other members of the team to ensure issues affecting sales and business development are remedied smoothly, quickly, & efficiently;

Establishing productive, professional relationships with partners;
-
Providing prompt responses to telephone calls and emails;
-
Proactively assessing, clarifying and validating that client needs are being met on an ongoing basis;

Maintaining records on the number of client queries received and the nature of the query
Qualifications

Strong sales skills and a proven sales background in business development;

Self-driven and able to work remotely;

Excellent time management;

Ability to take constructive feedback, and provide constructive feedback to others, both internally and externally, where required;

Experience in foreign markets, such as the United States of America is a strong asset;

Relevant post-secondary education is an asset;

Relevant professional development is an asset;

Excellent client service and communication skills both written and verbal
